Because we never take or process applications, we do not need, and will not ask for, your Social Security number, benefit case or account numbers, benefit card details, bank or payment card details, or medical records. Please do not send them to Us. If you send them by mistake, we will not use them and will remove them from our records when we notice.

03Non-personal identification information

We may collect Non-Personal Identification Information about you whenever you interact with the Website. Non-Personal Identification Information may include the browser name, the type of computer, and technical information about your means of connection to the Website, such as the operating system, the Internet service provider used, and other similar information. The Website may also gather anonymous Non-Personal Identification Information that does not personally identify you but that may be helpful for improving your experience on the Website. Like most websites, our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, date and time, page requested, and browser type), which We use to keep the Website secure and working. When you send a form, We also save the date and time, your IP address and your browser type. For the sign-up form, We also save the page it was on and, if you tick a text-message consent box, the exact consent wording you agreed to, as a record of your request and consent.

Fonts and code delivery

To display the Website, your browser loads typefaces from Google Fonts (operated by Google) and animation code from cdnjs (operated by Cloudflare). When it does, those providers receive the technical information that any web request includes, such as your IP address, browser type, and the page that made the request, and they handle it under their own privacy policies. We do not send them any Personal Information you submit to Us.

No sharing of mobile information: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell, rent or share your Personal Information for anyone else’s use. It is handled outside eBenefits Tracker only in these limited cases:

• Service providers. Companies that host the Website and deliver our emails and text messages on Our behalf may process your information, only to provide those services to Us and not for their own marketing.
• Legal requirements. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or when We believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of eBenefits Tracker, our users, or others.

In every case, mobile information, text messaging originator opt-in data, and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. 07Text messaging (SMS) program

Our sign-up form has two separate text-message consent boxes. Neither box is required to sign up, and you only need to give a mobile phone number if you tick at least one of them. All of our text messages are sent under the name eBenefits Tracker.

• Service updates and account notifications. If you check the first box, you give your express consent to receive recurring automated service updates and account notifications texts from eBenefits Tracker at the mobile phone number you provided.
• Marketing and promotions. The second box is optional and separate from the first. If you check it, you consent to receive marketing communications and promotions to the mobile phone number you provided. We send marketing and promotional texts only to people who check that second box.

Please note:

• Message and data rates may apply.
• Message frequency varies.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, you will no longer receive text messages from Us unless you sign up again.

• Consent to receive text messages is not required to sign up for our email alerts or for purchasing any products or services.

08Analytics

We do not use third-party analytics services on the Website, and the Website does not load analytics scripts such as Google Analytics. If We decide to add an analytics service in the future, We will update this Privacy Policy before We do, name the service, and explain how you can opt out. We will not provide the Personal Information you submit to Us (such as your name, email address, or phone number) to any analytics provider.

09Behavioral remarketing

We do not use behavioral remarketing services, such as the Google Ads remarketing service, and the Website does not place advertising or remarketing Cookies, tags, or pixels. We send text messages only to people who have ticked a text-message consent box on our sign-up form, as described in the Text messaging (SMS) section above, and only to the mobile number they provided. We send marketing and promotional texts only to people who have ticked the separate marketing box. If you add a number without ticking either box, We will not text it. All of our texts are sent under the name eBenefits Tracker. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help.
