What you can track

The dates and details that are easy to lose.

We follow the parts of public programs that tend to catch people out, then explain them in a few clear sentences. You decide what is worth acting on.

Renewal dates

Many programs ask you to renew or recertify on a schedule. We help you see the window coming, so a renewal letter is less likely to catch you off guard.

Application windows

Some help, like winter heating assistance, opens for a season. We flag when a window opens and when it closes.

Date changes

When we learn that a deadline has moved, we tell you. Amber marks a date that is close or has changed.

Paperwork checklists

What people usually gather: ID, proof of income, a recent bill. Collect it once and keep it handy.

Program updates

Rule and funding changes, summed up in a few sentences, with a link to the official source so you can check it yourself.

Where to apply

We point you to the official program page or office. We never take, review or submit applications, and we never ask you for a fee. The decision, and the application, stay between you and the program.

How it works

The reading is ours. The paperwork stays with the program.

We keep up with program pages and dates. You decide what is worth acting on, and you apply with the official program yourself.

  1. Choose what to follow

Pick the program areas that matter to your household: food, energy, rent, health coverage, childcare, phone and internet, seniors or veterans. Change it whenever life changes.

  2. Read it in plain language

Each guide we email you covers what a program is, who it is generally meant for, what people usually gather, and where the official application lives.

  3. We watch the dates

We keep an eye on renewal windows, seasonal openings and deadline changes for the areas you picked, so fewer dates sneak up on you.

  4. You get a heads-up

A short email, plus a text if you opted in, with what changed and a link to the official source. Reply STOP to any text to end them.

By the numbers

A few plain numbers.

We are a new service, so there are no user counts or reviews here yet. Just what we cover and what it costs you.

Are you a government agency?

No. eBenefits Tracker is an independent, privately owned information service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government agency. We are also not connected to the VA’s former eBenefits portal or any other government website.

When you are ready to apply for something, we point you to the official program, and you apply with them directly.

Do you decide whether I qualify?

No. Only the program that runs a benefit can decide who is eligible. Our guides describe who a program is generally meant for, in plain words, so you can judge whether it is worth looking into.

Rules differ by state and change over time, so always confirm the details with the official program.

What do the alerts cost?

Nothing. Our guides and email alerts are free. If you choose text alerts, we do not charge for them either, but your carrier’s message and data rates may apply.

How do I stop text messages?

Reply STOP to any text and they stop. Reply HELP for help. You can also email info@ebenefitstracker.com and we will remove your number.

Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, too.

Do you sell my information?

No. We do not sell or rent your personal information. Your mobile number and text consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing.

The full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Where does your information come from?

From official program pages and public notices. We summarize them in plain language and link back to the source so you can check it yourself. Programs change, so confirm the details with the program before you act.

The next deadline doesn’t have to be a surprise.

Free email alerts, optional texts, and emailed guides you can read on a lunch break.
