We are not a government agency

We cannot see, check or change the status of any application, and we cannot tell you whether you qualify. For your own case, contact the office that runs the program. Its phone number is usually on your notice letter or on the program’s official website.

Before you write

What we can help with, and what we can’t.

Knowing this up front saves you a wait. For anything about your own case, the official program is the quickest route to an answer.

We can help with

  • Questions about a guide or a program area we cover
  • Corrections when a guide looks out of date
  • Changing or stopping your email alerts and texts
  • Privacy requests: a copy of your information, or deleting it
  • Ideas for a program area we should cover next

For any of these, use the form above or email info@ebenefitstracker.com.

We can’t

  • Look up, check or speed up an application
  • Tell you whether you qualify for a program
  • Take, fill in or submit an application for you
  • Speak to a program office on your behalf
  • Give legal, tax or financial advice

For applications and eligibility, contact the program directly. Its office can see your case. We can’t.

Quick answers

The questions we hear most.

Your answer might already be here. If not, use the form above or email us.

info@ebenefitstracker.com
Can you check on my application?

No. We are an independent information service, not the program, so we have no access to applications or case files.

The office that runs the program can tell you where things stand. Its phone number is usually on your notice letter or on the program’s official website.

How do I stop text messages or emails?

Reply STOP to any text and the texts stop. Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom.

If something still arrives, write to us with the topic “Alerts and texts” and we will remove you by hand.

How do I get a copy of my information, or delete it?

Choose “Privacy request” in the form and tell us the email address or mobile number you signed up with. We may email you first to confirm the request came from you.

The details are in our Privacy Policy.

I spotted a mistake in a guide you sent. What helps most?

Tell us which guide we sent you, what looks wrong, and where you saw the correct information. A link to the official program page is the most useful thing you can send.

We check every correction against the official source before we send a corrected guide.

Is there a phone number I can call?

We work by email, so every answer you get from us is in writing and easy to look back on. Use the form or write to info@ebenefitstracker.com.

For questions about your own benefits, call the program office directly.

Rather hear about it before you have to ask?

Free email alerts for renewals, deadlines and program changes. Texts only if you opt in.

Email alerts are free. Texts are optional, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to end them.
