Where we stand

At eBenefits Tracker, we provide benefit program information and resources that are curated by our team and sent to you. We are an independent information service, not a government agency, and we do not determine eligibility, process applications, or provide loans or financial products.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not rent or share your personal information.

Examples only. Real alerts depend on the areas you pick and on what each program announces.

  • Renewal and deadline remindersA heads-up before the dates that are easy to miss.
  • Program updates, summed upRule and funding changes in a few clear sentences.
  • Links to the official sourceSo you can confirm the details with the program itself.

Inside an alert

Short, specific, and easy to check.

No filler. Our alerts focus on what changed, the date that matters, and a link to the official source.

  1. What changed, in a sentence or two

The subject line tells you the news. The first lines tell you why it might matter to your household.

  2. The date that matters

Renewal windows, openings and closings. Amber marks a date that is close or has changed.

  3. A link to the official source

Our alerts point to the program’s own page, so you can confirm the details yourself. We never ask you to apply through us.

  4. An easy way out

An unsubscribe link in every email. Reply STOP to any text. Write to us any time to change your topics.

Do I have to give my phone number?

No. Your name and email are enough. Add a mobile number only if you want text alerts, and tick a text alerts box.

How often will I hear from you?

It depends on what changes in the areas you follow, such as a renewal window, a seasonal opening or a date that moved, plus the occasional new guide. Message frequency varies.

What does it cost?

Nothing. Email alerts are free. We do not charge for texts either, but your carrier’s message and data rates may apply.

Does signing up mean I applied for something?

No. Signing up means we email you reminders, plain-language guides and related resources, which may include offers. We do not take or process applications, we do not decide who qualifies, and we never charge you to apply.

When you are ready, you apply with the official program directly.

How do I stop the alerts?

Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. Reply STOP to any text, or HELP for help. You can also write to info@ebenefitstracker.com and we will remove you.

Will you share my information?

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Your mobile number and text consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing.

The details are in our Privacy Policy and Terms.
